RETURN POLICY (RETAIL SHOP) ***
Era Design's return policy for finished stock, custom design and vintage or antique items purchased in-store at our retail shop.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of invoice date, you may return or exchange items of finished Era Design stock bought from store showcases within 30 days. It must be in unaltered condition and accompanied by the original receipt of purchase, packaging and documentation*. Worn jewellery pieces or those exhibiting signs of wear are subject to a 15% refurbishing fee.
Custom Designed and Manufactured Jewellery
For clients who have commissioned Era Design to create a piece of jewellery, due to the unique and often personal nature of custom designed jewellery we cannot accept returns on such items.
Vintage and Estate
Vintage jewellery is sold 'as is' due to the unique nature of these pieces. We do not accept returns on vintage jewellery, but we will gladly resell any pieces for you as long as it is still in a suitable condition. A commission fee will be applied.

At Era Design we want to make sure that you absolutely love the jewellery you purchase online. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of invoice date, you may return the item to us for a full refund (less a 10% restocking fee.) Items being returned must be in new, unused condition and all original packaging and documentation* must be included. Worn jewellery pieces or those exhibiting signs of wear are subject to a 15% refurbishing fee. We are not responsible for the costs associated with shipping the item back to us nor are we liable for anything that happens to the item before it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of your purchase. Era Design is not responsible for lost, damaged, or customs returned shipments.
Please note custom designed and manufactured pieces, where payment or deposit has been processed online, are subject to the Return Policy (Retail Shop) noted above.

* Canadian diamonds over .18ct are sold with a Canadian diamond certificate and serial number. In order to process your return, the certificate must accompany the returned jewellery item. There is only one copy of this certificate and we recommend you keep it in a secure location.
*** These return policies are active from the date of completed payment. All return policies are invalid if you modify or change your jewellery. No processing fees are applied by Era Design, some credit card companies may charge a fee in accordance with their merchant agreement policies and this fee may be levied by the card provider. These policies do not change or amend any current or future return policies on the Era Design online website or Era Design retail location.
