Please find below our return policy for finished stock, custom design and vintage or antique items purchased in our retail shop. Not all custom jewellers provide a warranty, so it’s important to make sure you choose a jeweller that gives you the kind of warranty you are comfortable with. We also offer our customers special insurance counselling for their jewellery to make sure they are adequately covered.
Finished Era Design stock pieces bought from store showcases can be returned or exchanged within a period of 30 days with receipt. Worn jewellery pieces or those exhibiting signs of wear are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Due to the unique nature of custom designed jewellery we cannot accept returns on custom jewellery. There is a limited One Year Repair Warranty and two free adjustments of size or style and we treat each case with care and understanding. In cases where there is a change of stone or metal choice we charge the difference between the old and new item.
Vintage and Estate
Instalment payments can be made on vintage jewellery only for up to three months. Vintage jewellery is sold “as is” due to the unique nature of these pieces. We do not accept returns on vintage jewellery but we will gladly resell any pieces for you as long as it is still in a suitable condition.
RETURN POLICY (ONLINE WEBSITE) ***
At Era Design we want to make sure that you absolutely love the jewellery you purchase online. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of invoice date, you may return the item to us for a full refund (less a 10% restocking fee.)
Items being returned must be in new, unused condition and all original packaging and documentation must be included. We are not responsible for the costs associated with shipping the item back to us nor are we liable for anything that happens to the item before it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of your purchase.
