Strathcona Harvest Festival Donation

The 5th Annual Strathcona Harvest Festival is just around the corner. At Tessera we love any occasion to have a celebration, especially if there is a Pie Contest or Potato Sack races! This year's Strathcona Harvest Festival's Raffle is in support of Strathcona Elementary's Field Trip Fund. This fund helps get local DTES kids out to museums, local mountains and camping trips.

We've chosen a Tessera Blackberry pendant to add to the pool of Raffle items. Hope to see you there!

It was a blackberry bush in here in Strathcona (not unlike the one pictured below) that inspired us last year to start designing the Weeds, Wildflowers and Grasses pendant collection. To bad this pic can't capture the warm smell of blackberries on the vine ;-)
