Can I change my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, it is only possible to change it if the item has not been shipped yet.

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
Each sterling silver item you order from Era Design is sent to you enclosed in a soft, made-for-silver jewellery satchel at no extra charge. Gift wrapping is coming soon; we are working on sourcing some beautiful paper for you to choose from.

Do rings come in ring boxes?
All gold and platinum rings come in a wooden ring box. Silver rings will be sent to you enclosed in a soft, made-for-silver jewellery satchel.

How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking code once your shipment has left.

Who do you use for shipping?
Items shipped within Canada will be sent by Purolator and you will receive an email with a tracking number for your item. US and international orders are shipped via Purolator and will also have tracking numbers that will be emailed to you.

Where is your jewellery made?
At Era Design, all pieces are made in small batches in our very own Vancouver workshop on Venables Street near Commercial Drive.
