Custom Design Process & Fees

What to expect when creating your custom piece!

Step One

Consultation

Schedule an appointment with our designer to discuss your ideas!


Talk through your design inspiration, get into the details of your vision, after which we will create some preliminary sketches.

Once you're ready to move forward we ask for a $500 Design Service Retainer (applied to your final project cost).


Additional estimate and sketches: $30 + tax each.

Design Details & Stone Selection

Our talented team works with you one-on-one to fine tune your design!


In addition to providing further consultation and/or sketches, we search through our stock and reach out to suppliers to curate a selection of stones.


Once your design and stones are chosen, we ask for a deposit equal to 50% of your project total (minus the Retainer fee).

Large and/or specialty stones may require an additional deposit.

Wax Model Review

The wax model allows you to see your design in 3D before casting!

We allow for one minor adjustment and reprint at no additional cost. Once the model is approved production begins.


Major adjustments or additional wax models: $200 to $800 + tax each (depending on design complexity).

Custom Production

Your design is cast and polished, your stones are set, and any specialty finishes like millgrain and hand-engraving are applied. Our talented team performs quality checks each step of the way!

The Finishing Touch

After a final clean and polish your piece is ready to go!


As soon as your project is complete, our team will reach out with your final invoice and prepare your finished piece for pick up or shipping.
